  • Architected distributed immutable state management: plain-text operational records on snapshot-protected ZFS with rebuildable per-node semantic indexes and nightly automated curation
  • Deployed runtime watchdogs and recovery workflows that detect degradation, quarantine corrupt state, and restore from verified backups without operator intervention
  • Created a portable recovery bundle and sandboxed disaster-recovery drills that prove full rebuild capability without touching production state
  • Implemented rule-driven autonomous remediation with approval gates and cooldowns — safe actions execute automatically, destructive actions require human review (blast-radius reduction)
  • Operate a three-node Proxmox VE hypervisor cluster (three of the four nodes; the fourth is the Windows inference gateway) with ZFS software-defined storage and three-tier snapshot retention
  • Engineered a zero-trust network: OPNsense perimeter, VLAN micro-segmentation, identity-based mesh overlay (Tailscale), SSH key-only access, and CI-enforced secret scanning (11 patterns, zero credential exposure)
  • Built an SRE pipeline: 6 SLOs with error budgets across 5 rolling windows, multi-window burn-rate alerting, automated incident lifecycle and postmortems, and a safety gatekeeper — 13-minute average time to resolve
